We are able to provide Principals with well-educated and competent seamen from a single seafarer to a complete crew for all types of vessels, including: Bulkers, Containers, Passengers, Multi-Purposes, Reefers, Oil Tankers, Ch.Tankers and LPG, LNG, Coasters, AHTS, Seismic etc.

.....We provides Ukrainian officers and ratings for all types of vessels, hotel staff for passenger-cruise ships, and shipping agent services in Odessa and Illichevsk marine ports

.....Today we have a big database of crew (about 15000), we collected the most experienced and high qualified seafarers who in full accordance with STCW ’95 and completely complying with all IMO/ISPC/ISM rules and regulations.

.....Also in our database we posses a lot of cadets for deck and engine rooms. A lot of our seamen have experience in shipyards.

.....Still, our data base is growing everyday and we are surely ready to meet all your needs and requirements as for good and reliable seafarers providing.

.....We are successfully cooperating with foreign shipping companies, as for search and employment of Ukrainian seamen for theirs vessels and we are in constant process of searching good partners all over the world.

.....All of our applicants speak English languages and are fully qualified to meet their respective rank.

.....In our office seamen pass tests using special testing program (Marlins test and Test CES 4.1) and interview by phone if it’s needed. It’s provides the Principals and managers with long-term manpower resource of a pool of qualified officers, engineers, ratings and highly disciplined hotel personal.

.....Seafarers engaged through our office are always:

Suitably qualified with Competency Certificates endorsed in accordance with the International STCW 78/95 - Flag Administration - requirements;
Medically fit, drug and alcohol tested;
Sufficiently experienced to safely operate their assigned duties in the vessel;
Sufficiently proficient in English to be able to safely carry out their duties;
Holders of good references from previous employers.
